Pictures Local otters -- they exist and are quite cute! Mike Tuohy shot this video of river otters in the North Oconee River on 31 Aug 2009.  He writes: "There was a family of 4 frolicking up by the Hood's Mill bridge in Jackson County.  I got a few seconds of the 2 juveniles as they checked me out."  Watch the video here.
